Ingrained with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Morgan Browne immediately found great success in her real estate career. During the years following, through hard work and an innovative business philosophy, based upon building long lasting relationships with clients and partners, she enhanced her already thriving career. Morgan got her start in a sales and customer service oriented environment. Meet Desiree

Desiree began her career in Real Estate in 2012 working in project sales at one of the most prominent Project Marketing firms in Vancouver. In 2016 she joined Morgan Browne at Oakwyn Realty to embark on a team approach to real estate. Buying or selling a home in Vancouver is a complex, sophisticated and often deeply personal endeavor. Desiree believes clients deserve the full service and attention that only a team of experts can consistently provide. The time Desiree takes to listen and fully understand her client’s wishes make working with her a mutually memorable experience. In an ever-changing market, Desiree is adaptable and dedicated to providing the highest standard of representation. She earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering them candid advice.

On a personal note, Desiree attributes her success not only to her passion for homes and creating community, but also to understanding the psychology behind buying and selling. She is diligent about furthering her own education and is well versed in the latest techniques to provide clients a high level of service. Desiree is a certified negotiation expert designated under the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. This means she utilizes advanced negotiation skills during offer presentations that deliver superior results! Desiree is known for an effective combination of charm and tenacity. She likes to win (for her clients) but does so with a calm demeanour and warm smile. She inspires confidence on both sides of any proceeding she handles.

Desiree is deeply connected to Vancouver. She has lived in Yaletown for 10 years with her Pomeranian and takes advantage of her beautiful surroundings every available opportunity. Favourite things to do include: seawall walks, ski trips to Whistler, a good stretch at Lagree and summer wine tours in Osoyoos. Desiree is a major foodie and a great person to ask for food, wine, and wellness tips.

Desiree knows, in order to achieve personal and professional growth it requires putting in the work daily and staying committed. She strives to be a positive influence and good example in all of her relationships both personal and professional.

Meet Donovan

Donovan comes to the MBA team with an inside out knowledge of the city.  Growing up in the popular Fraserview neighborhood combined with his love of driving and exploring makes him a natural born real estate agent.  Beyond this, Donovan’s education and experience in the finance sector and technology industry give him an edge when helping his clients balance their risk, reward and emotional investments into their future home or investment property.  With boundless energy and contagious optimistic enthusiasm, Donovan helps his clients reach their home ownership goals using his market knowledge and philosophy of transparency to guide their experience.  

We’ve all heard of the Golden Rule, “Treat others as you want to be treated”, Donovan takes the adage to the next level, instead following the Platinum Rule, “Treat others as they want to be treated”.  He prides himself on providing custom client experiences based on each buyer or sellers unique needs.  Building each experience on a foundation, that ensures his customers are given clear and concise communication with each step of the buying and selling process. His client’s happiness is what matters most.

On the personal front, Donovan enjoys traveling, throwing Pinterest-worthy dinner parties and making memories with his partner.  Around the city, he loves Vancouver’s rich restaurant scene, forest hikes with Briggs and depending on the season, you’ll find him participating in rec softball or curling (and the post game happy hour of course).  Last but not least, tennis is his ultimate love, having played the sport since childhood.

His ultimate bucket list item is to compete on “Jeopardy;” A dream he’s had since competing as a teen on the French quiz show, “Génies en Herbe”.

Meet Wayne

Wayne began his career in 2009  and has a keen business sense. His huge passion for people and the dedication he shows them is second to none. Real estate can be exciting and successful and Wayne takes the stress away from the process. He understands his clients needs and walks them through this next step of their lives with great care, dedication, integrity and knowledge.

There are a lot of steps that go along with the process of buying and selling real estate. From his background in customer service, Wayne helps you connect the dots. From collaborating with designers, trades people, mortgage brokers, bankers, builders and project managers, Wayne helps his clients make the best possible decisions. Communication is so important and he believes that being available consistently together through the process is key.

As a family man himself with two children, he understands the importance of this process in creating the dream that his clients are looking for. Wayne finds the  best compliment to get is a referral from his clients who share their happy story with their friends and family. That’s what fuels him, helping people achieve their goals. 

On a personal level Wayne lives in the West End of Vancouver and is an award winning Artist who does commissioned paintings for clients, loves to play tennis, workout  and enjoys a walk along our beautiful sea wall.

Meet Davis

Davis embarked on his journey in real estate back in 2018, where he started off in the commercial real estate sector of Calgary. His quest for knowledge led him to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Real Estate, a field he was deeply passionate about. In 2021, he made the pivotal decision to relocate back to Vancouver, a move that not only brought him closer to his roots but also enriched his understanding and appreciation of the local real estate landscape.

Specializing as a presale expert, Davis is dedicated to staying on top of all the latest developments in Metro Vancouver. His commitment extends beyond mere transactions; he strives to empower his clients with comprehensive insights, equipping them to make well-informed decisions tailored to their unique needs. Leveraging the reach of social media, Davis strategically showcases clients’ properties across social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, thereby amplifying their visibility to thousands of prospective buyers. His innovative approach has garnered high recognition, with his videos featured on esteemed platforms such as CTV News and Daily Hive Vancouver.
